 The following is a general overview of our Code of Conduct.  The document goes into greater detail of how employees must act and gives guidelines of specific ways to embody our values in everyday work.

In all our interactions with each other, our clients and third parties, we strive to act ethically.  We are committed to provide financial literacy to all our clients and ensure that they are protected against fraud and misrepresentation, deception or unethical practices.

Client Centricity 

We are committed to ensure quality services to clients, appropriate to their needs and delivered efficiently in a convenient and timely manner. While doing so, we agree to maintain high standards of honesty, equality and dedication to serve low-income individuals.

Staff Recognition

We are committed to the well-being of our staff.  Through career development, access to onsite and offsite training and fair remuneration, we will treat our hardworking employees as assets of the organization.  In turn, they will treat each other and all stakeholders appropriately and respectfully.


We shall provide our clients and third parties concerned with complete and accurate financial and social information. We will educate clients about the terms of financial services offered by us such as interest rates and all other charges as well as our policies and procedures in a manner that is understandable to them.
